I love the doctors at this doctors office but the nursing staff and phone connections are absurd. The nurse asks how they can help then before you get two words out they are telling you to shut up and give them something else. If you wanted other information first you shoulda asked first instead of asking something completely different. They also need their 'phone issue' of hanging up on people to end. I really hope to see a change in the atmosphere or i will be looking for a new place no matter how much I like the doctors. Hopefully i can follow them when one of them leave.

I really like the white clinic I used them for years before I had to take care of my mother and then because I just couldn't use my own doctors and her doctors I decided to just go to her doctor that she had been going to for 20 years. Anyway after her passing and after her doctors passing it was clear to me that I needed a new Dr. and so I went back to the light clinic because I did like the staff. I do feel that sometimes they don't understand why a patient may act like they do or care about what their patient is doing on the outside or not doing. All I know is when a patient is put on hospice in the first few months of the year they should take any of their complaints pretty serious. I do wish that they would do use a little more diagnostic medicine as well as maintenance medication and regular aches pains and flu. I'm used to having a primary care do pretty much everything I need so that I don't have to see a bunch of specialist because that's money that I don't have to spend. And if it's already know that I need oxygen then they should be able to order it if it's already now that I have Diabetes they should be able to handle it. And for the most part the doctor that I'm saying now is pretty good about it the nurse practitioner though was not quite up to par on that.

This is one of the best clinics I've ever visited. The entire staff is extremely kind and compassionate. It is a very clean and professional environment. I see Dr. Simpson and she is wonderful; she genuinely cares for her patients. I also never have to wait long--I have always received care within 15 min of my appointment.
