absolutely terrible dont go see dr dulaney

Dr. Dulaney is the BEST OBGYN!!!!! that I have ever gone to HANDS DOWN!!!!! SHE IS VERY gentle. Kind, compassionate, and easy to talk to. She is a Great listener.....every woman she see this awesome lady. I Will definitely see her for my future appointment s. DR DULANEY AND HER STAFF ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Love her she delivered my first son and will be delivering our second. Very compassionate and thorough.

Love Dr Dulaney. After seeing 2 other OBGYN's who would not listen, someone recommended Dr Dulaney. On my first visit she listened to my concerns and worked with me on a solution. I'm so happy I went to see her, and I highly recommend her! Her office staff are very kind and helpful as well.

After I checked in & provided the urine specimen that was requested, they informed me that no longer take new AETNA patients. This was after waiting over a month for my appointment and being rescheduled twice. All 3 appointment times required my husband to stay home from work for child care. Unethical to take a specimen with no intention of seeing the patient. Also incredibly inconsiderate to waste my time. In retrospect, it’s probably better that I don’t trust my healthcare to an office like this. Too bad because I heard nice things about Dr. Delaney but she can’t deliver good care with problems like this.

I have had a good experience with Dr. Dulaney overall. She was my doctor during the pregnancy and delivery of my second child. However her office staff is the worst I’ve ever seen. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was up there twice a week towards the end of my pregnancy so I had many encounters with the two women working behind the front desk. They would rarely ever acknowledge me when I arrived and tried to check in. They made me feel very unwelcome and inferior every time I was there. I’m a nurse so I know how you should treat patients and they stray so very far from the minimum standard. Dr. Dulaney, you need to keep Laura and clean everyone else out.

I had a good overall experience with Dr. Dulaney during my pregnancy and delivery of my second child. She was always kind and listened to me. The same goes for her assistant, Laura. However the rest of her office staff are very rude. I had to visit twice a week in the last few weeks of my pregnancy so I had many encounters with the staff at the front desk. The two women that sit there would often ignore me when I arrived to check in. It wasn’t until I would walk away To sit down that someone would greet me. One time the woman even called my phone while I was in the waiting room to see if I was coming for my appointment because she practically dismissed me when I had arrived and was trying to tell her my name to check in. I don’t know why it’s so hard for them to pretend to be friendly or at least smile. All I want is to be acknowledged and treated with respect by the receptionists. I will be looking for another doctor for this reason. -Ashley S.

She is so sweet and understanding! She took the time to listen to me, and to answer all of my questions. She listened to me when I told her I was in pain, not like other doctors that tend to downsize it. She is amazing, I highly recommend her!

Dr. Dulaney is the most caring, respectful, and competent physician. For the last two years she has taken the time to help prepare me for a (hopefully) successful VBAC. I appreciate the time she takes to sit and listen to her patients, share her knowledge and advice, and to help calm any fears I have had during my second pregnancy. Her office staff is amazingly sweet and helpful. I told Dr.D I was done after my second, but I might have another because the care was that amazing 😂. If you are pregnant and attempting to VBAC, especially if your first delivery experience with another provider was a nightmare, I can not recommend Dr. Dulaney enough. *update* I ended up having to have a repeat c-section, and she even made that experience amazing. She allowed me to have a gentle c-section: explained all she was doing, told me when baby was out, and allowed me to have immediate skin to skin with the assistance of my husband. My pain was thoroughly managed, and she took the time to make sure I was ok. The follow up appointments have been great, and she really makes sure that both mom and baby are handling be first six weeks well. Love her!

She was amazing especially when my water broke 2 months early and had to be on hospitalized bed rest. Great bedside manner. Highly recommend Dr Dulaney
