Dr. Somer is an absolute delight! He has such a sweet bedside manner, and he is extremely knowledgable on cancer research. The West facility is beautiful and so clean -- his care team is also great. Overall, Somer and West are the very best. So thankful they are here to help everyone affected by cancer here in the MidSouth.

This center has been top notch ... Until recently. Not impressed at all so far. One appt 1 hr+ wait. Today it has been TWO HOURS!!!!! And we haven't even seen the doc yet!!!. And to top it off a nurse was looking at scenery pix on her computer.

This visit I had lab work and review with NP. Every individual I interacted with was professional in every way.

The wait was not very long. They got my lab done quickly my ultrasound I'm just as quick and I saw my doctor I was in there less than an hour

I did not have a long wait, when I was at the clinic for aMRI, staff was efficient, kind and Courteous. Was very helpful with instructions and what would be happening next. I could not have expected any better treatment.However, I did have a long wait when I went back a few days later to see the doctor.

My labs, then CT scan, were excellent, as were the staff. I have a new Doctor to get used to and he was very nice. My appreciation for Dr. Axel Grothey, his cutting edge approach and expertise, and all he has done for me, is beyond words.

Great treatment and care always by Dr. Somer! But I always have to wait so long to be seen. 1-2 hours. Or even longer.
