List of Brent Jones's Reviews
The experience with Dr. Jones and his eye exam is without complaint. The problem now lies with the other office personnel. They are often on their cell phones, they do not know what benefits I have available, they do not know my face or name anymore like previous staff before it became a My Eye Doctor facility. The personal care once provided here by the other staff no longer exists (as the previous staff are all gone). The last complaint is I often feel like an intruder or an inconvenience when I am there and trying to pick out glasses. Also, I purchased some frames and when there was an issue, there were no questions asked and they were replaced. Now the frames we have are no longer supported by this office and the styles offered are more for midtown folks being clicky and of extreme fashion type. We have been with this physician and office since 2013 and are now looking for new care.
I started there when Dr Jones was the owner. I liked the expert and professional care. Today I received a call to remind me of my appt tomorrow. I didn’t know I had appt is what I told them. She said well we automatically make your appt from the date of last year!! And I was never told. They are so non professional and it took three times to get my glasses right. I will never go back there.
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice office
Excellent customer attention and informative and efficient exam. Up to date equipment so no need to dilate your eyes!
This used to be Jones Eye Care and my entire family went there for a decade. Ever since My Eye Dr took over, none of us will ever walk in again. My husband ordered glasses 40 days ago. He has called every week and has been given lie after lie. When he demanded to speak to the office manager to get a refund, she is always "busy" ( he's called at least 5 times) and she will NOT return his phone call. NO ONE from this Exeter office has EVER called him in 40 DAYS about his order. He has had to call every time. And he is told the same lies every time - someone will get back with him, his glasses have been ordered but there was a problem at the lab... blah, blah, blah. THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR TIME. YOU WILL REGRET IT. And he STILL does not have his glasses!!! 40 days later!!! And the office manager STILL has not called him and NO ONE will refund our money.
After exam Dr Jones sent my frames off for new lenses. Three weeks later I have not received my glasses and after three phone calls to his office no one has responded. I am out $400 and would like my glasses or my frames with a full refund.
I will never go back to this office again! the service sucks! and the office staff are horrible and not helpful. They messed up my glasses order 3 times and never feel like they are sorry about it. Actually, the office cheats on the glasses, you have to be careful on what you get compared to what you paid for. Also, when the glasses are ready, they don't help you adjust your nosepad, etc. which normally offered by other offices. If you don't want to see any poker faces, don't go! If you don't want to be cheated, don't go!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
