After going to Campbell Clinic for over a year for plantar fasciitis, I am still in pain. They offer no effective treatment. The Doctors maybe spend two minutes with you. The physical therapist gives me a print out of stretches to do. No therapy. They push experimental practices like shock therapy not covered by insurance. It's such a disappointment to spend all this money, and be left with the same pain and issue I started with over a year ago. I was warned about them, should have listened.

I can in as a walk-in and have been waiting all day this is not good service. There is excuse after excuses about the reason why I'm waiting so long. But if they didn't have any openings to fit me in and then the right thing to do is to tell the patient we can schedule you an appointment. But no they insist on letting someone wait. The waiting room has now turned over six times as I have same people come in and out sa I am still waiting. I wouldn't be surprised that I will be sitting here until the end of business day. I am going to do so just to see how long I wait
