My experience was certainly not the exceptional ones posted by other patients. My experience with Dr Munn was such that I immediately changed doctors. I found her to be disinterested in my needs and filled with her own self importance. I did not care for her lack of empathy and poor communication skills. This is the one and only doctor in my 72 years I would not recommend... find a more caring physician who is more interested in listening to you and caring for you.

Dr. Munn is an exceptional health care provider and provides unmatched care and attention to her patients. I have utilized her telehealth services recently and find these visits to be just as thorough as in office appointments. Dr. Munn is responsive to emails, calls patients herself to provide pertinent lab results, and is always sure to follow up as well. I feel confident in her care and expertise - really grateful to have found such incredible service here in Memphis.

Dr. Munn was the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. She had no interest in listening and put down other doctors. She was condescending, cut me off while I was talking, and not knowledgeable. Then, when I said it wasn’t a good fit, she tried to make that her narrative. Terrible all the way around.

Extremely well run office. I was seen before my appointment time. Staff courteous and sweet. I’ve seen all physicians in this group and they are all top knotch, knowledgeable, and all respond to their emails very quickly! I’ve been going here for 2 years and highly recommend.

Saw her when she first joined the practice in lieu of my usual internist. She was absolutely wonderful, thorough, patient, kind, and clearly knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable seeing her for the follow-up, and am glad she is part of the "family" of Jenkins, Nease, and Munn.
