My kids have had Dr. Charles Yukon as their pediatrician since they were born, and I was a patient of Dr. Gordon Yukon when I was a kid. I continue to be impressed with this dr office. It's so great when you need something pretty quickly - they know who you are, they know your child, and they can take care of whatever your needs are in a timely fashion. No way would I get the same great service at at pediatric group clinic! I needed a health and immunization form for my daughter to attend camp. I called them and within 15 minutes I had the signed form faxed back to me ready to go. Awesome!

My kids have been seeing Dr. Yukon for the past 6 years. We love his bedside manner. He takes his time and answers every question. The staff is the best.

Doesnt sweat the small stuff. Very laid back, but serious when he needs to be. Always talks to the kids and ask them why they're here. Mom just fills in the blanks. Strongly recommmend.

We have used Dr. Charles for both my children on the recommendation of a family friend. His staff is incredibly helpful and always available even late at night and on weekends. Both my children love him and his staff. It is not unusual to walk in early for an appointment and go right into a room. I can't remember a time in the past two years where we have had to wait for any time.

Our daughter was diagnosed with a very serious illnes. We expressed our concerns to Dr Yukon for almost 2 years. Each time we were told that she was fine though we knew something wasn't right. He made us feel that we were making up her symptoms. Our concerns were not unfounded and certainly not imaginary. We continued trying to find answers on our own and were finally referred to a specialist by our new pediatrician on the first visit. We were told by the specialist that a pediatrician should have recognized the symptoms my child had and be sent for testing right away. He failed us. He failed my baby and she missed months and months of help for his negligence. I don't recomend this Dr. He was careless and didn't show any real concern or compassion.
