He is arrogant, rude and 100% uncaring. Does not even look at your chart before he walks in the door nor calls u by your name. There is no caring or empathy in his voice or demenour what so ever. I would never go back again for that unprofessional zero lack of any care by him. He never even aacknowledged the horrible wait time nor offered any apology for such

Dr. Otten is friendly and very knowledgable of my health issues. I feel I am in good hands. I would recommend him to anyone. He takes care of 3 of my family members. Excellent doctor. The only thing I have to complain about is the long wait to see him. You can get in his office at 12:15 pm for an appointment and not get out to 5 pm. they overbook his schedule.

Dr. Otten is passionate about his work and compassionate with his patient. He is a wonderful communicator and listener. He’s kind and honest but most of all genuine. He’s a wonderful doctor and caregiver.

I've been seeing Dr. Otten for a few years now. He is always listens, explains everything, and answers any questions I have. You don't feel like you're being told what to do with Dr. Otten. I feel I am in good hands with him.

I am a grandmother who went with my 18 yr old Granddaughter who was having a lot of medical issues at the time. This is a very compassionate Dr. who listened to her and explained different options to her. He didn't brush her off like some Drs. did cause they couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. he also stated he didn't just want to throws drugs at her which could also be dangerous. She saw him a few times and we were satisfied with his response to her.
