Dr. Ed Muir and his staff are likely the most efficient physicians office in Memphis. Dr. Ed should be your "go to" hematologist in any situation. Five stars is not enough.

After 3 weeks of attempting to make a new appointment with Dr Muir, with a referral from my cardiologist, I have still been unsuccessful in obtaiing an appointment. Dr Muir comes with the highest of recommendations, however his staff is rude and condescending. As a medical professional, I understand that the first contact a patient makes with the front office is a reflection on the provider. The treatment I have received from his office staff is lacking in empathy in every form and fashion. I truly hope this is not a reflection of the personal care Dr. Muir shows his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Muir’s for over 20 years now. He is by far the best of the best at what he does! He has always been extremely informative as well as caring and understanding. I always tell others that his knowledge of science and medicine is absolutely phenomenal!

DR MUIR WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE MY MOTHER WHEN SHE HAD BEEN SEEN FOR A DIAGNOSIS BY MANY OTHER DOCTORS. HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN HIS FIELD AND I AM PROUD TO RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS. HE DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR HIS KNOWLEDGE AND PATIENT DECISIONS. BEVERLY FLEMING

I have been a patient of Dr. Muir since 1994 when he gave me a diagnose of two primary cancers at the same time. I have been cancer free since 1995. Now he is treating me for two small strokes and I know he will develop a medical plan that will protect me from any more strokes. Dr. Muir and his staff are caring and explains all procedures. Excellent physician and staff.
