I spent 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 45 minutes in the patient care room. When I asked if I should make another appointment I was told Dr. Wruble would be there shortly. He arrived after another 30+ minutes. He was short, inattentive, but not rude. He offered no options but OTC meds and a colonoscopy. This was the second and final appointment for me. One difficult day can be excused. Two incidents indicates a pattern of no concern and lack of respect for patients and their care.
