Staff always friendly and Dr Tauer always takes the time to listen to my concerns and address them.

Yesterday was Collin's first visit to West Clinic. He does not have cancer, only the hereditary melanoma cancer gene. Dr. Tauer is my husband's physician, was Trey's, my brother-in-law's, the list goes on. Collin commented to my husband and wondered if I had called Dr. Tauer because he said all the things Collin wanted to hear. (No pressure) Jay laughed and said, "No! He's just that great of a guy and wants you to be in control of your treatment." Collin doesn't remember that Dr. Tauer said the SAME THING to Trey - at 15 - do you want to do this? Dr. Tauer does not make promises. He leans on the Lord just like his patients. Blessed that he will be watching over Collin's care! Thankful for all the staff (medical, HR, marketing, and admin) that take care of our family! #westfighton

The staff at the West Clinic were extremely friendly & helpful from the time my wife & I entered the facility until the time we left about 1.5 hours later. The facility is well maintained & bright. Dr Tauer was very thorough & made us feel confident after explaining what could be ahead of us. We appreciated meeting Dr Tauer’s nurse Andria who told us we could contact her if we needed anything or had questions. Overall, the visit to West Clinic gave us much hope as we begin initial tests to determine a diagnosis.

Staff is extremely friendly and professional. All I had done on this visit was lab and an injection but everything went smooth and was in and out in an hour.

I was warmly greeted at the door, where my temperature was taken. The check in process was quick and smooth. Dr. Tauer made me feel welcomed, and he addressed issues and answered my questions professionally, and also personally. Everyone that I came in contact with was nice and wished me well. I am looking forward to my next visit at the West Cancer Center.
