Doctor Smiley did a total hysterectomy on me April 2015. She made a huge mistake and clipped my colon. She didn’t know it and took her 3 days to figure that out and call in a specialist to help. Till this day I am having issues and she will not step up and help me. She promised to pay my dr bills and did not. Will not pay anything. She needs help and Jesus because of everything she has put me and my family through and still hasn’t helped.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Smiley, she is the BEST doctor to have. I traveled over 2.5 hours to see Dr. Smiley From my first appointment, I knew she would be the doctor that performed my surgery. Dr. Smiley is the definition of excellence.

I have been going to West Clinic for two and one half years. Their care, professionalism and efficiency are second to none. My doctor, Dr. Smiley, is wonderful! She listens, explains, questions and gives me the full picture, which is what I want. She discusses plan options with me and takes my opinions into consideration when she decides on a care plan, with my agreement. I could not ask or find a better doctor.

My total experience at West Clinic was all positive, informative, supportive and helpful. From entering the front door the staff was so courteous and assisted me throughout the process. This was my first time seeing Dr. Smiley, and she and her staff are phenomenal, making sure my experience was with sensitivity and dignity.
