Lisa Myers Md's Online Review Report Card

Lisa Myers is a terrible psychiatrist. She left me on an older medication and wouldn’t prescribe a newer one despite bad side effects from the older one. She is also only interested in making money and didn’t care about my treatment at all. Wouldn’t recommend her under any circumstances. Worst I’ve ever been to.

Great practice and staff that are very attentive and care about the patients. Mary Kathleen, Maya and Linda are great and truly go out of their way to help me when I have needed it! Taken me a long time to find an adult endo practice that I trust and like and so happy to have found them.

Dr. Myers is a very caring and compassionate physician who devotes herself to her patient's needs completely

Dr Lisa is very demanding of her staff, patients and herself. She works hard to get patients to stay in line with her recommendations. She wants her patients to live healthy and live long. She explains everything so you can understand your body. She understands the benefit of new medications and the older meds as well. She is one of the best endocrinologists in the greater Memphis area.

I hate to bash a place but this has to be known. I loved Mary Sullivan, NP!!! She cared and talked to me about everything concerning my thyroid. However, I didn’t realize until I got to the office that I didn’t have my insurance card. Very unlike me. I worked my phone and email to get all the info required, but because it wasn’t a picture of the card I wasn’t able to be seen. Also I need to mention that I saw them last summer and the girl behind the counter did not get a copy of the same insurance card. Why?! I have no idea! I drove from Olive Branch to East Memphis for nothing. I was upset to say the least. Those office people need an attitude adjustment by getting fired! That was unprofessional and uncalled for since I had all the info required to bill my insurance! I will NEVER be back to that office for care.

If it wasn’t for Mary Sullivan I would have my mother go to a different clinic but my mom likes her. My issue is when I call the front desk I have a hard time getting someone to answer the phone at the front desk before and after lunch. Mostly I just call to see when my mothers next appointment is. In the future I will just put in the date and time in my calendar app before we leave the office to avoid calling the front desk.

Called multiple times about a pump issue and how my husbands blood keeps dropping to the 40 and 30 multiple times a day, called about wrong prescription being sent to my pharmacy like 5 times.. thought there jobs was to help and care for patients not to ignore and just get paid .. what’s the point in haveing a practice to care for people when that’s clearly not the case !!!! Needs new training and probably a new staff that actually cares for people for starters!!! Not recommended at allllllll !!!
