List of Lisa Myers's Reviews
Advertising she is accepting new patients, but in reality, only her nurse practitioners see new patients, and that is unlikely to change. Staff is rude. Unhelpful. I called 6 months ago and have been waiting for the required referral ever since. When they finally called to schedule appointment, I had to ask about the doctor specifically before I was told she wasn’t taking new appointments, and hasn’t been for the last 2 years. I should have been told up front.
Shes' the BEST!!!!
I feel very confident in the services I have received.
Dr. Myers is a very caring and compassionate physician who devotes herself to her patient's needs completely
Dr Lisa is very demanding of her staff, patients and herself. She works hard to get patients to stay in line with her recommendations. She wants her patients to live healthy and live long. She explains everything so you can understand your body. She understands the benefit of new medications and the older meds as well. She is one of the best endocrinologists in the greater Memphis area.
Lisa is very professional and understands the body. She can see and understand issues no other Dr can pickup. I saw her several times in the office and hospital. She helped guide the Drs. With my Triglycerides while I lost my kidneys to a rare disease.
She always takes the time to explain treatments and patient care.
I have went to Dr. Myers for years and over the course of time she has become less and less concerned about your issues. Her office staff is rude and as per a previous comment her front office likes to call you out in front of everyone in the waiting room about your balance. I had to tell her that I do not owe Dr Myer but do however owe another Dr that is in her billing group of which I already had a agreement set up to make payment and was making payments. If she would have just looked at the statement I had just made a payment the day before. I should not have to explain myself to her or to a group of patients in the waiting room. I was furious when I left and am not in search of a new Dr. because of these antics.
I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out the required paperwork. My appointment was for 1:45 pm and the receptionist at 1:50 called me up and stated I owed there group 528.00 dollars and she would not let me see the doctor. She stated I would have to set up a payment plan. At that time I could make another appointment. The balance she was two follow up visits last week and after a cabgX4. We have not been invoiced yet for those visits which my wife called and paid over the phone. Furious..
I believed the hype in these reviews, so I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Meyers. I was expecting a wonderful and productive visit with this doctor because of the way she was portrayed in these reviews. I came in sick and left in the same condition. She was rude, full of herself, unconcerned, and rushed my visit with her. She even mistook me for another patient. I didn’t correct her know it all, arrogant behind because I knew I was never returning. Why would I pay to be mistreated?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
