I thought Dr. Ford and his team were very professional. The only thing that stood out to me was the fact that my appointment was at 8:15 am and I never finished until almost 11:00am. I am thankful I had the morning open.

My visit was a very long wait but was being worked in for a last minute appointment . Dr. Ford was easy to communicate with and gave reasonable options for the condition of my knee. I will return for a follow up appointment and more discussion for my options moving forward.
