List of Maroun Dick's Reviews
Don’t go here if you don’t have what they consider good insurance. Don’t go here if you want ppl to talk to you with any bedside manner. I’m happily taking myself out of Dr Marouns care. From the moment I got there I felt like my symptoms weren’t being taken seriously because of my age. He ordered and unnecessary sleep study and now that I’m waiting on My MRI results, I’d rather my pcp read them. His front desk Laura was very nice to me, UNTIL they found out I work for United healthcare and that doesn’t mean your plan is automatically “good” because you’re an employee. He even went as far as making a joke about my insurance. I will never be back. Thank God the ppl at the imaging clinic were nice. Wish I could give zero stars.
He is a no nonsense straight to the point DR. If you are looking for someone to joke around with you he is not the guy. He was spot on in diagnosing my issue. Highly recommend.
I'm a returning patient of Dr. Dick. He is the best Neuro in the Mid South bar none. Professional, attentive, and phenomenal bedside manner. I have no doubt he has my best interest at heart. Dr. Dick always listens to my concerns and addresses what is best for me. The entire office staff is proficient, engaging and always smiling. I recommend Dr. Dick if you are looking for personal care that is lacking ...
No patience. You leave wirst than you came in. Mo answers
Dr. Dick is great and so is his office staff.
The times I have been to the clinic, the doctor and staff have been friendly. However, when I had to call in for a refill I was treated like an inconvience.
Very rude person. Maybe it was a bad day at the office, because his nurse was awful too. Front desk was most pleasant part of the visit.
I have always had pleasant experiences with Dr.Dick. In fact, I followed him to his own practice after he left another. And I think almost all of his other patients did too. Not kidding. Definitely more than 80% . He knows what he is talking about and has been a significant help to me and my family ad we deal with and understand my new condition. I did have to wait for a while one time, but usually, I am seen in a short amount of time. And even if I did have to wait, I would much rather wait for a while and see the right guy than wait for a minute and see the wrong guy. Dr.Dick knows what he doing and while he is short and to the point that's not a bad thing in my opinion. 5 stars all the way.
I have been to a few neurologist whom are questionable to me and not very understanding of their patients needs. They usually misdiagnosis and then over prescribe for the peripheral neuropathy and complex migraines I have..and he has really stood the test of time. He also has a good sense of humor. I went back to him after I had to go to another one due to insurance reasons. The last so called neurologist kept rescheduling my appointments so I ended up tracking Dr. Dick down (Pronounced..DEEK). I love the new receptionist Ms. Candy. I am very pleased with his care. I would recommend him. The last doctor put incorrect information even after he used dictation. He was too busy talking into a recorder to listen to what I was saying. This is scary when they put incorrect information cause it can mess things up for your insurance.I wish I could say more but let's just say they took care of a situation for me. Let me tell you, you won't be disappointed, even if you have to wait a little sometimes. He is worth it. His staff is awesome too!
Dr Dick seems to be a knowledgeable man. He has at least tried to help me with my problem

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
