It is like a horror movie you can’t wake up from.Surgery at 1100am in recovery room for 11 hours waiting for a room. No security except in the parking areas patients walking the halls unsupervised. Finding a nurse was like looking for a needle in a haystack.

The absolute worst

Since Covid this hospital has treated their Heros terrible. If an employee wants to keep their job the have to get the vaccine. They have even offer employees 20000 dollars to stay if they get the shot. If by some miracle an employee gets a medical or some other exemption the are treated with discrimination. The have to almost smoother and not breath and other very hard things. How is it the college or pro football games or any other sport for that matter can have over 100 000 in attendance with no mandates but the working people are treated like dirt. I will not ever come to this hospital if by choice. If they can not treat their own right. How will they treat their patients?

One of the worst hospitals I ever been to. Do not recommend the this hospital to anyone. Very very very very long waiting time they let the people wait and then leave without treating them.

I was admitted to the hospital in May 2021 I was in COVID19 unit for 11 days I had the greatest care that I could have gotten I had both of my shots and still managed to get I’ll I had some of the best doctors and nurses. I would not have gotten that at any other hospital my belief.if I get sick again I will go there again

Terrible wait time. Sat in the ER area for over 8+ hrs one day. I waited 6+ hrs on the next visit. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND coming here.

My parents are in the ER right now 9amand have been there for over 9 hours. My dad has had throat cancer and then had surgery a few weeks ago. His neck started swelling and was having trouble breathing so they went to the ER. They havent been treated or seen by a Dr yet and have been talked down to by the nursing staff because they are short staffed. Take that aggression out on the hospital owners for forcing staff to quit over a shot that may or may not work for them not the sick not COVID patient and their family. The nurse just told my mom that there hasnt been a Dr. there all night Instead of telling them when they arrived that there was no Dr. at the hospital they allowed them to fill out all the paperwork and wait and wait and wait so they can bring in the $$$$$ for blood work twice only to wait for the day shift Dr. to arrive. The excuse has been COVID. There are other illnesses besides COVID After hours of waiting a Dr. that arrived at 7am finally walked by so my mom asked for help in getting my dad seen. The only thing she did was talk down to my parents for not getting the vaccine. They are not there for COVID There are adverse reactions to the shot that make some people anxious to take it. Plus my dads Dr. told him not to get the shot right now.....I would not recommend going to this hospital if you want to be treated with compassion and in a timely manner

Very clean hospital very nice staff I came here for a lumbar puncture and not sure why the bad reviews The waiting room was the best looking waiting room Ive ever seen staff was nice and professional.everything Wait times werent very long either. Seems like a good hospital.

They couldve at least update patients alone about status of their situation.  I am scared and in pain plus first time in ER for asthma problems so dont know the routine.  I was more scared  because of COVID19 and all those people without the vaccine now. I couldve caught it in the ER even with the vaccine because of my health diagnosis.

There is a Caucasian nurse there with black 1b hair she’s about 5’5” she has black tattoos on her lower arms. She goes by shelia or Shennan something similar to the name. I asked this lady to give me a COVID test and before I could even get done talking she cut me off spoke over me yelling that I’m not the only one with a test and obviously I knew that but I told her I had already had my bloodwork done and was waiting on a nurse to come and tend to the sick that’s been waiting in the waiting room. Basically I was updating her on everything I had already completed because when I got there it was a male nurse who I spoke with and he told me I could get my test done after I saw a triage nurse. I had also admitted my children to lebonheur part prior to myself being admitted. This lady was rolling her neck and talking loud enough to where everybody could here her. The last thing I heard her say was I have 30 vitals to take so you’re not getting discharged. The whole nurse staff up front was rude and running there mouth saying smart comments as I walked by..I heard one lady say I hope they not letting her back in. When I walked to the front desk I requested my discharge papers and the lady said that she had to go get the charge nurse to approve it. I walked around the corner n the lady with the tattoos on her arms started running her mouth at me again in front of everybody n told me to sit down like I was a child. No ma’am. It was unprofessional and rude and first of all she never tended to my care that night She had no business even continuing a conversation that I ended. Security came and she said something else she said I told u you not going nowhere so at this point I just tell her don’t say another word to me. Security asked me to stand by him until the charge nurse came. When he came I immediately told him about the nurse and he said that he would deal with her. I decided to request to leave against medical staff because of the way they treated me here. No one could give me a result from my bloodwork or urine test…or even provide me with a five me COVID test Worst hospital ever I wouldn’t go here even on my dying day. This happened Monday September 132021. From at least 5PM11PM I was there. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND I WILL SIGN ANY PAPERS ABOUT IT OR EVEN HAVE A MEETING WITH HER THE LAST THING I TOLD THIS WOMAN WAS IF YOURE A NURSE THATS THE ONLY THING YOU SHOULD BE DOING IS NURSING AND TENDING TO SICK NOT COMING IN A HOSPITAL OF SICK PEOPLE TO COMPLAIN AND BE SMARTMOUTHED TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING HERE BEING PATIENT FOR OVER 612 HOURS IN A DAY JUST TO SEE WHATS WRONG WITH THEM I ASKED HER FOR A COVID TEST THAT IS IT AGAIN SHES SHORT WHITE WITH BLACK HAIR AND SHE WALKS AROUND DOES NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN I DID NOT SEE HER CHECK ONE PERSON INSTEAD WALKED UP TO THIS ELDER LADY ACROSS FROM ME AND I COULD CLEARLY SEE HER STRUGGLING TO FIND HER PHONE AND SHE POSES OVER HER IN THE WHEELCHAIR N SAYS WHAT ARE YOU DOING?? HUH.. THE LADY COULD BARELY THAT LADY NEEDS HELP AND ALSO THE WHOLE FRONT DESK STAFF IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL TO TALK ABOUT THE PEOPLE WALKING AROUND THE HOSPITAL IN A NEGATIVE WAY WE CAN HEAR YOU. I WONT REFER THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ME AND MY CHILDREN WONT BE COMING BACK.
