Dr Nelson and everybody in his office were so Nice. They explained what was going on with me in terms that I could understand. I could tell that they really care about their patients. I feel like I’m in Good Hands.

I have always enjoyed my visits with Dr. Nelson and his staff. They are very thorough when testing and explaining my tests results. No matter the duties of a staff member, they always treat us like we are the only patient they have and I truly appreciate it. There is only one problem my wife, Bonnie, and I have with Dr. Nelson’s staff and that is the high turnover rate of the Nurse Practitioners. In our opinion, each of them have been more than qualified in their duties. All of them appear to be genuinely interested in our health issues. About the time we get used to one, on our next visit we find that our last NP was no longer with the practice and a new one has taken her place. Our next visit is a repeat of the one I just mentioned. It is none of my business as to the reason an employee left the practice, however, it is difficult for us, being senior citizens, to adjust to a different NP on each visit. Warm regards, Mickey L.
