They don’t care about their patients. They misdiagnosed and gave the wrong prescription and when it got worse wouldn’t do anything about it.

I went in to get a tb skin test for school and after sitting for a hour and informing them that I had someone waiting on me outside they still made excuses to why I hadn’t been seen Then I walked to the car to let the person who was waiting to know the moment I walked back in they said they had taken me out of their system. I would not recommend. The lab tech was not busy. She was just sitting at the desk taking her time. Front desk lady with the blonde hair lied several times saying she was drawing up for labs And she wasn’t. And they will play lost or dumb but really working slow UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE most definitely LIARS . Never again

I came in on March 16th at 845am ... As a walk in ...the front desk ladies where polite...The walk in doctor was rude .she didnt want to see me in person I was in so much pain .I ask for a shot she told I didnt need that in the next breath the clinic was out of shots..I left there at 1050 in the same condition I came in.I had to go to another doctor..I had a very bad experience with V.Smith Vernita Smith she treated me horrible.

Got me in for a COVID test pretty quick when I couldnt find anywhere else. Only concern is I dont think they went deep enough I hit brain when I take the sample on someone but maybe Im just mean. Humphreys do take more time collecting the sample though. Appreciate the help.

I been going here for years and they are awesome. My NP Bettsy is awesome. She is listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. The ladies at the front desk is awesome

Absolutely love my Dr Nazario wonderful bedside manners caring concerned ans the staff is wonderful helpful in every manner and pleasant to talk to me Mother and fiancee all see her. Truly will miss her June.

I have been a patient for years. I love the idea of “walk in”. It’s a lot better than trying to get an appointment because you may feel ill today and by the time there’s an opening you may already be better. So walk in works for me and an experienced nurse practitioner will tend to your needs. Miss seeing Dr. Humphrey but I always have that option. No complaints what so ever.
