Yes, I was a whole lot scared at first because of my experiences and trauma experiences at places like this now. The beginning and ending process went 100% better than I expected now. I wasn't warned about drinking anything but helped me through that process. Thanks!!!
If I could give no stars I would. It took them a month to call me for an appointment from the doctors referral. On the call they ask me why I didn't just call them. Wow, with what name and number? Drink a gallon of water we need your bladder full. No problem. Be here at 4pm. Me, do you have an earlier appointment? No, that is the earliest day and time I can schedule you. Fine, Tuesday at 4:00pm. Yes. She hangs up. I call back. Um, can you give me the address? Yes, 7600 wolf river. Great! See you Tuesday at 4. Tuesday at 4, I manage to get leave approved, make arrangements for kid pickup, navigate through rush hour traffic, arrive at clinic. Sir, Your appointment was at 2:15 PM. No, it was at 4pm. I would have loved it to be at 2:15 but was assured, 4:00 pm was the earliest available. Can you check with the tech. She says she is done for the day. You'll have to reschedule. Best service I never got. Turned me away bladder full. I had to race across town to relieve myself. Never, Ever, Ever, again. Not even with your money. What happened to us? We used to believe in excellence in service. Zero stars, do not recommend getting ultrasound here.
Very friendly staff
I love the technology here!! Very cool very nice people. They really care about you and your experience! Clay was so nice and did a fabulous job taking an MRI of me. I cant wait to discuss my results with my Dr.
Poor customer service. Had an appointment yet another customer was put in front of me. According to Clerk bc she was there last night and doctor had sent back for more test . Well guess what my doctor sent me there as well AND I had an appointment. She did not ! Waited an hour bf told one machine was down and wait would be at least another hour or more ! Would not recommend nor will I go back ! My time is important as well ! And they don't honor appointments!
I was asked to undergo foot MRI here. Front desk staff made me sign a paper where it clearly said I would be billed 20% after insurance claim. I just received a bill with 50%. This is ridiculous. I would never recommend this at all. I want Imaging center to call me and get this fixed.
I arrived earlier than expected for my appointment. The ladies assured me it was ok to come in. Once I came in, I signed my documents and was called to get the exam. The exam was carried out in a timely manner.Thank you for great service!
I just had an awful experience here. My surgeon’s office preferred I went somewhere else, but they didn’t have any openings this week so I went to The Imaging Center instead. My surgeon’s office scheduled my appointment for 9:45am. I got an automated message for my appointment saying it was at 10am. Okay, maybe my surgeon’s office just wanted to make sure I arrived early. Then I talked to someone on the phone and they said my appointment was at 10:10am. I showed up at 9:50 to fill out paperwork, etc. Another patient checked in right after me saying his appointment was also for 10am. It struck me as odd, but maybe they have more than one MRI machine. I filled out my paperwork and when I brought it back up the receptionist tells me, “they’re running about 20 minutes late back there.” It’s 10:00am and they’re already 20 minutes behind? How does this happen? The man that checked in after me got called back at 10:24am. At 10:50am I ask the front desk how long it’s going to be. I only took off work until noon thinking 2 hours would be plenty long enough for an MRI. Mind you, I’ve worked in imaging for 8 years so I know darn well that’s long enough. The front desk tells me, “they had a difficult patient. He’s getting off the table now.” The patient that had an appointment at the same time as me comes back out to the waiting room at 10:55am. So he was back there for 30 minutes, which is a completely reasonable amount of time for an MRI. I got called back at 11:05am. An hour after my appointment time. The current management needs to be FIRED!! You can’t schedule people at the same time! You need to give your techs a time slot long enough to bring the patient back, get the patient changed, get the patient positioned on the table, and walk them back to their belongings. You can’t schedule time slots only long enough for the imaging itself! You’re causing a disaster for patients and techs! I’m SO happy I don’t work for you!By the looks of these reviews, this is nothing new. If you keep doing the same thing and it’s not working, CHANGE it. I will certainly never return to this facility and I’ll tell everyone I know to stay away, both as a patient and as an employee.
Had an MRI and staff treated me great. My MRI tech was Mike and he gave me headphones with my choice of music, a warm blanket, and a button to push if I needed him. It was so easy to park, the facility is nice, and they had free Starbucks coffee in the waiting room. I was handed a CD of the study as I was leaving, and everyone was very kind.
Bring a blanket, wear winter clothes or accept their offer for a blanket 😅 If you aren't cold at first, you will be, it's freezing when you get to the back! The staff was caring (I'm a hard "stick") and the wait wasn't too long. Despite being cold, it was a good experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
