He is very thorough in his observations. Listens and gives the patient the opportunity to be included in his decisions, and explains very well. Wants his patients to have a better quality of a healthier life. Answers your questions to the patients satisfaction.

Dr. Wilbourn is great. The front office staff is rude and arrogant and act as if you don’t belong in the office and shouldn’t be in their office if you’re not in a certain position on the income bracket. Very judgmental and immature. Won’t go back to Lifestyle Neurology.

I have been under Dr. Wilbourn care since 2012. I have full trust and confidence in him. Dr. Wilbourn is top of the notch in my book. It left me depressed when he left Corinth. Having to find another Neurologist will not be easy.

Doc Dance is truly a wonderful doctor. After Doctor Downs .Mess me my surgery up .I a most die. I was told by doc downs that i could never work again. He was also a doctor at Magnola. I was in bad shape. He left me to die on then table in surgery to tell my family that i was not going to make it . I was left I did make it as you can see . But I couldn't walk at all . He left me two months at what he did to me . And is now now Brooklyn Doing the very same thing to other's. No he did not lose his anything. The only good thing that he did . Was to send me to doctor Rance .He has been working with me now for 3 year's. He and his nurse .Mrs Deb has been such a blessing in my life . God was watching out for me that day I was under Doctor Downs knife. As he was the day he sent me to Doctor Rance. I dont trust most doctor's now . But if you need a doctor that has your health in mind . Go to doctor Rance. You will never regret your choice. Thank you Doc. For all you did to get me to this point . For always been truthful to me no matter what the outcome was . For standard by my side when we found out that nothing could be done to fix what Doctor Downs did to me . You are the greatest ,caring person that i trust .

Dr. Wilbourn is the top of his field. He has taken my wife who could not walk without a walker to where she can now walk on her own. He takes great pride in his work and is a credit to his profession.
