Wait times are 3+ hours. Doesn’t spend any time with patient and is short and rude. May be very knowledgeable but makes you feel not welcome.

Saved my eyesight on 2 occasions from 2 separate incidents of torn and detached retinas. Go to the webpage and check out the credentials of their Doctors. This is the cream of the cream of the crop. These people are leaders and pioneers in their profession. They treat you like a person, not an insurance claim.

DR C comes with a lot of credentials he’s one of the best in his field. Very warm and knowledgeable explains the procedures before he performs them. Would highly recommend because eyesight is nothing to play with.

Some complain about the wait but maybe the motto should be Well Worth The WAIT! Remember, CRI is dealing with the most delicate and difficult part of the eye (retina) so it's natural that the appointments take time. Plus, he is thorough in testing and takes each individual's case very seriously. Dr Charles is probably the best retina surgeon in the US (if not the world)! He is straightforward, brilliant, innovative and always a perfectionist! There will never be another Dr Steve Charles!
