Wait time for each step was amazing, basically none to very short wait times. Imaging/x-ray tech was efficient and gentle. Dr. Owen definitely had read my intake chart, and yet he still listened to my side of the story in person. He was gentle in the exam of my knee. Looking forward to the PT and strengthening.
