My first visit went very easily. No parking issues and information was readily available to guide you precisely. Dr. Chandler was GREAT. He took the time to discuss the issue and answered any questions I had, and had excellent communication skills using easily understood layman's terms. I feel he truly cares about me as a patient. Thanks for being there!

West Cancer Center staff are wonderful. Dr. Tillmanns did my surgery and took extra care to make sure all of my problems were addressed. Prior to surgery, Carri Hutchins, his nurse helped prepare me for what was coming. Kim Kemp was in the pre-op insurance department and she did so much work. My insurance was dropped from the first hospital and she rescheduled me very quickly so Dr. Tillmanns did surgery at Methodist Germantown, which was also a wonderful experience. Thank you everyone for making me feel well-taken care of. I have called Kim and Carri with questions and they both have replied with good information to help me..

MY HUSBAND ALWAYS HAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE WHEN HE VISITS EVERY THREE MONTHS, WITH NP LOREN TAYLOR. I'M WITH THEM ON THE PHONE, AND SHE'S ALWAYS COURTEOUS, LISTENS TO BOTH OF US, AND DOES ACCORDINGLY! KUDOS TOO, LOREN, AND WEST CANCER CENTER!

My experience at the West Clinic has been MARVELOUS!!! I have received services from there ever since 21' or 22'' and it's been STEALLER starting with the check in representative to the phlebotomist to my doctor's nurse and ending with the check out representative. Dr. Johnson is TERRIFIC!!! He listens to my concerns and answers all of my questions, doesn't rush through the appointment actually takes his time and is patient and I appreciate him for doing that; he is truly concerned and I am not just another patient. I've recommend him to my mother and she's equally pleased. His nurse, I believe her name is Slyvia, if she so happens to read this review, I apologize if I have your name incorrect. You are kind, patient and caring as well. You have taken the time to answer my questions and I appreciate you too. His physicians assistant is a sweet young lady. Though she sees hundreds of patients she remembers me when she sees me. All what I have spoken of is very important and excellent attributes that I expect when I visit the doctors office. West Clinic your doing it right!!!
