Mr william was cool and straight to the point. I enjoyed that, but beside the 5min of speaking with Mr. William the rest of the experience was horrible. I had an appointment at 12:35 and I was there waiting at 12:20. Second person there might I mind you. I sat there and waited to nearly 1:50 then they moved me in to get x-ray. Shortly afterwards I spoke with the doctor and was done. The process was really short but the y made me wait a very long time considering I had an appointment. Just to get x-ray and speak with the doctor for 5min.

As a mother without childcare, I appreciate that they allowed my children (11mo. old and 4 year old ) to come with me. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Mangrum, PA was very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough examination. Dr. Weller was personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything so well. Bre held my baby while I was getting an in office procedure. This office visit ran smooth and efficiently.

The whole staff was very nice and had great respect. As for my doctor he didn't act as if he was really concerned or showed very little compassion about my frostbite finger or my other hand that had damage from the frostbite. My doctor stated it looked more like infection instead of frostbite but my thing is that the infection had to come from my finger getting frostbite because my finger was fine until it got frostbite. And as I stated to him I took all the necessary precautions that you can take when you work outside in very cold conditions.
