Please seek a different doctor at this location if possible. Dr Diane McDermott is one of the worst slow moving doctors I have ever came across. It’s shameful that everyone knows how slow she is in that office seeing patients. You literally will be sitting hours in the waiting room and then about another hour waiting for her to get to your room. A complete waste of time and day and she never apologizes for making her patients wait so long! Not to mention she is money hungry and will charge you for things you don’t even be seen for. Being thorough with your patients doesn’t mean having them spend all day in the doctors office waiting on you. Pack a lunch and make sure your phone is charged because you will need it dealing with her. She hardly even deserves this one star.
Dr. Diane McDermott was my first doctor here in Tennessee. I was super excited to have a lady doctor.only to find out years later of how spiteful an money hungry she was, for a whole year and a half she misdiagnosed me several times which made my illness worser. I wasn't getting any better so I decided to see other doctors for my condition. Not knowing I was goin out of her network in which lost her a lot of money from me doing so. But she continued to see me and only take vital signs an money

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
