Dr Patterson is wonderful in her own right, and certainly doesn’t need any praise from me. But she is truly one of the best doctors I have encountered in life. She is so caring and respects parent wishes and remembers everything about your child. I feel so fortunate for my son’s sake that we found her 💜 he has been her patient all 10 years of his life and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
We have been with this practice for over 23 years my daughter started when she was 2 and now our 5 year old grandson is being treated here. They are top notch the best of the best.
What an awful first impression. Some lady named Melissa answered the phone, extremely rude. Did not want to hear what I had to say or why I was even calling she just immediately started telling me they don’t see new patients. What in the world? This is a horrible experience for a mom with a very sick baby. I’m glad my baby never got a chance to be a patient here.
Was told at my daughter’s two month appointment that we’d have to sign a vaccine refusal sheet when we didn’t want her to receive multiple shots in one day. No problem.. we were happy to do so. Unfortunately, after giving them our Tenncare information, the script changed. They told us they could no longer see us at all because we wouldn’t accept all of the shots that day. Which is it? You do or don’t accept patients that want to delay vaccinations? Or you just wanted to get rid of a Tenncare patient?
This office will not respect court orders. They will treat and administer meds/shots without both parents consent or knowledge. Even when given the court document and discussed in person. Mishu is the main one, but they have all done their share to dismiss my court ordered and God given right to be involved in medical decisions for my children. Mishu comes in the room smiling and saying how great a kid you have, friendly. But if you disagree with her assessment or want to try an alternative option first, you are wrong, misguided. All is good if you follow what she says.

Dr Mishu is fantastic, but the front desk manager, Shannon, was terribly rude. Her customer service was so poor that it has made me rethink whether I want to be associated with this business anymore. The office manager needs to set policies and procedures in place that allow the front desk staff to communicate with their customers more clearly and concisely. I fear they have grown too large and have lost the personal touch that made them so special in the first place.
Dr. Mishu is our doctor, and she is one of the most compassionate, straight forward, and encouraging pediatricians I’ve ever met. Dr. Mishu is invested in her patients and takes ownership over these children in a way that makes me feel so safe and so advocated for, and so empowered When I’ve been in need of immediate or emergent appointments, I’ve always been seen quickly and kindly. Every doctor is wonderful. There’s so many things wrong with healthcare today, but Goodlettsville Pediatrics isn’t one of them.
I love the staff all around except one doctor in particular has me considering taking my children to another office. My son was seen by Dr Hunley over the weekend. I called today with a few questions. I called and left a message on the nurses line around 12:04pm. When a nurse was able to call me back at 4:49pm she stated that the doctor told her to inform me that the phones have been rolled and to call the office back the next morning! I feel that call was unnecessary and I do not blame the nurse at all, if she wasn’t going to answer my question then why bother to have the nurse call?! After this message I feel that I DO NOT want my children to ever be a patient of hers.
Great doctors, but we miss Klara. Previously, you could call and talk to someone or chat with someone within a few minutes. Now, you leave messages on the phone or in the portal and it could take up to two days.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
