DO NOT GO TO THE GOODLETTSVILLE LOCATION. Dr.Mcleod does not care about your time at all I am the first appointment for the day on top of getting there early. The staff was great but the fact that my surgeon had me waiting over an hour just to find out that he was not even in the building How rude can you be. Then walks in all casual like he didnt have to be somewhere. Just because your a Dr. doesnt mean screw everyone elses time so unprofessional. Thanks for wasting my time.

My husband needed a tooth pulled and our dentist referred oms. They pulled the tooth in less than 30 minutes and the doctor was great. However we had a problem with the red head lady at the front desk. She was rude and overbearing because we did not have our masks on. We had the covid vaccine. She ordered me to put it on. If I am going to spend 500.00 plus all I expect out of her is Yes Mam.

I was a basket case prior never had teeth removed but they was very professional and eased my worries and concerns. They followed up after hours which I really appreciated. Great experience and people. Thank you again

Dr. Hamilton and her team are highly skilled professionals who do a fantastic job I have had multiple procedures. They are so down to earth and likeable which is just icing on the cake. I trust that the work they do will be correct cosmetically pleasingand long lasting. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Hamilton and her assistant were absolutely phenomenal. They made me feel 100% comfortable and were extremely ethical and supportive when it came to making a hard decision about my surgery being sure to keep reminding me that it’s MY body and MY anatomy. Even the HAND IV one of my worst fears didn’t hurt As a nursing student I know the risks of any procedure and I felt so safe and in good hands. I would recommend OMS to anyone I care about.

If I could give 100 stars I would I highly recommend Dr. Cone and his staff. Everyone at OMSGoodlettsville was compassionate and genuine throughout the entire process. I saw him for the removal of 4 impacted wisdom teeth and the procedure could not have went smoother. Dr. Cone followed up the same evening with a call to check in on my status postop. I had slight swelling which is to be expected but little to no pain throughout recovery. In my opinion hes the best in NashvilleGoodlettsville area.

Learned this place was out of network 2 days before the surgery I shouldve asked earlier even though I was referred by innetwork dentist and staff handled the situation professionally and assisted me to cancel the appointment. Dr. Burchfield is such a great doctor and I was looking forward to the surgery.
