The office staff is very rude. They were rude to me for no reason. I simply asked a question one lady weighed her hand at me as if to tell me to move on. I bought a shot from them. I am a longtime customer. When I tried to administer the shot, I could not do it. I took it back and said it was not letting me take the shot. Maybe it was frozen. They stated that they told me that it was frozen which they did not. They stated that they told all their patients that their shots are frozen, which they did not. One patient approached me in the parking lot and commented on how rude they were to me. She also stated that they had never told her that the shots were frozen. I will be going somewhere else.

The office staff is rude. I am a long time weight loss patient. I will be getting my medical chart and going elsewhere. They were rude for no reason. They gave me a frozen shot. I came back when I was unable to inject it. They were rude and said that they told me that it was frozen. They did not. They said that they tell everyone that it's frozen. I have never known it to be frozen. They even said it came out of the refrigerator. I know that they're supposed to be cold and kept in the refrigerator. There was no reason for them to be as rude as they were to me and one girl waved her hand and told me to go on. I only went back into question why the shot was not injecting and told them that I thought it was frozen. There was absolutely no reason to lie to me and be so rude to me.

After just one stem wave treatment, I had more rotation with my bummed up shoulder. I can’t race enough about this.

Amazing service. I received StemWave treatment from Dr. Singleton for my wrist and it alleviated my symptoms almost instantly. My sister received the same treatment for sciatica and it also relieved her symptoms almost instantly. I would certainly recommend to all.

Singleton family practice has been a great doctors office for me. I enjoy seeing Darlene and the little skinny blonde at the front desk. I always joke with Darlene she really is a wonderful woman.
