Dr. Humphrey is the best Dr. He listens to you and he cares about all of you, he takes time with you and he answers all of your questions. I would recommend him for my Mom well all of my family and friends. He calms me and makes me feel like he genuinely cares. He is the Best.

Dr. Humphrey and his staff are friendly, efficient, and personal. My husband and I are seniors snd visit the doctor once a year. We are invited to be examined together which is most comfortable. The Dr. takes enough time with us to allow for questions and to address any concerns we might have. He and his staff keep our hearts healthy and happy!

I first met Dr. Humphrey at Southern Hills Hospital. I had been advised in emergency in NYC that I had pericarditis. When I returned home my GP put me in the hospital when he saw that I had more fluid on my lungs than I had had in NYC. In the hospital, Dr. Humphrey visited me and prescribed an echo cardiogram. We had such a pleasant and friendly conversation that I thought then, I would like for him to be my cardiologist of record. My heart seemed to be ok, but a prescription was written to remove some fluid from my heart sack. About a month later, I went for a scheduled visit to a pulmonary specialist, who wanted me to have another echo cardiogram. The one I had in the hospital was fine, and the technician, I'm sure, did a thorough job, so I didn't really feel I needed another one. She insisted, and she made an appointment for me with Dr. Humphrey. Russell conducted that test, and I have to say it was absolutely the most entertaining test I have ever had. He kept up a running monologue , with jazz music in the background. He explained everything that he was doing, and made sure I was comfortable and not nervous. He was amazing! When the test was over, he invited me to take a look (I had not even been able to see the one at the hospital), and then said I should take out my phone and video my "beautiful heart." That's exactly what I did. I came out of that office smiling, and glad I had another test, that I had thought probably wasn't necessary. I an glad I've had this experience with Dr . Humphrey's office, because, while my heart is healthy now and I am healed from the pericarditis, I am sixty-nine years old, and will most likely need a cardiologist in the future, as both of my parent's had heart disease in their later years. Dr. Humphrey will definitely be the cardiologist I will choose in the future.

Dr. Humphrey is one of the most caring and compassionate cardiologists I have seen in many years! He takes time to listen to what his patients have to say, he includes the patient and family in the decision making of the patient's care.

A term we old retired military people use describes this office correctly, "Their daily actions are often above the call of duty and reflect honor upon themselves and the organization in which they are employed."

Dr. Humphrey always puts me at ease. He is a very good cardiologist. I would recommend him if you are needing a cardiologist.
