Excellent doctors

Been going here for a decade. Love this place! FYI, They are charging $30 for something as simple as pulse ox reading which takes less than 20 seconds to do. Silly.. This should be included within the scope of general information of the time admitted, like being weighed and blood pressure.

We have Dr.Pearson per my OB/GYN recommendation and she’s wonderful! Always a little wait but when is there not at a doctors office lol so make sure you have an hour or two free after so no plans run over; whether alone or with my fiancé she answers my questions no problem and doesn’t talk down to me (considering I’m a FTM and have no clue what’s going on a lot, I don’t have quite the hang of kids yet) they even gave us a few cans of formula and when we first came in! And the ladies at the front desk/nurses that call if I have concerns are always nice and helpful and even got me in early one time when she was spitting up alot! I felt bad for my nurse one day, my fiancé normally does putting the baby on the scale and to say I couldn’t figure it out is an understatement, poor lady had to work with me I felt so bad 😅😅 but she still wasn’t rude to me though I took FOREVER and they didn’t rush me out when she got her shots and was upset. Just overall (I can only speak for Pearson and the nurses/desk people) a great experience especially for a first time parent

Dr Keith Thompson is kind, polite and seems to be a good doctor but we had a terrible experience while he was out and will not go back.

By far the rudest and most condescending doctors and nurses I ever met in my entire life. Please take your child anywhere else, ESPECIALLY if you have a child on the spectrum. And if you’re a young, unmarried mother—they will not listen to you. At all. My sweet child deserves better.

My daughter has been going to Rivergate Pediatrics since her first appointment a few days after being born. She is now 18 months and I have never had issues with any staff here. Office people, doctors, nurses they are all the BEST! Friendly, patient and very kind. I wouldn't trust any other doctors office with my babygirl the way I do Rivergate Pediatrics. They always put my daughter safety, health and well being first! My daughter got badly sick a few months ago I called them and told them that I was considering taking her to the ER and their first question was ''How soon can you get here?'' They squeezed my daughter in at the last minute and got her into the office within 30 minutes of me calling them so that we wouldn't take the risk of going to the hospital and being around lots of nasty germs. I highly recommend Rivergate Pediatrics!

We have been having a wonderful experience with the RP team! Thankful for their warm attitudes and knowledgable practice. We'll be coming here for years to come.

After the experience we had with our past pediatrician for our first wellness check in June, we decided to give this place a try. We are so glad we have thus far. Only thing that was annoying was that our appointment was at the time when everyone had just came back from lunch so everyone is in parking lot trying to call in to check in due to the COVID restrictions. Upon entering the staff was amazing. They were courteous, welcoming, helpful, insightful, and friendly. We met with the nurse and doctor and everyone was very helpful and understanding. They actually listened to concerns or questions and replied back with understanding and helpful insight. Didn’t have to wait long from nurse to doctor. Someone was always checking in. Upon exiting we were given a goodie bag as a starter kit for our newest addition to our family. Checkout process was great and the staff were very friendly. Upon getting home we realized that our daughters name was spelled wrong but I can’t blame them entirely. The insurance had her name wrong. We got it changed to be correct with insurance so now when we go back for our next wellness check hopefully it will be easy to correct at the office. So far this place was great. After our prior place of choice this place is by far 1000 times better. My wife and I kept talking about this place long after we got home. We were impressed. Now we shall see if they continue to be impressive. Thank you again to everyone there.

My five boys see Dr.Toni Anne Wright. And she is so good with all of them and addresses any concerns I have every time.

Love this dentist for my kids! Everyone is friendly and professional. My kids love the coins they get at the end of the appointment.
