This doctor is so full of himself, that he does not know how to treat patients. He gave me medicine that I kept on telling and make me sick over and over again but he refused to give me anything else. Later on I found out I was heavily allergic to that medicine. This doctor loves to make fun of his patients with his nurses to where you can hear them as you’re waiting for your appointment. He does not care about you, he is one of the worst I have ever encountered! After informing him that I heard him and his nurse is making fun of another patient, he wrote on my chart as well as my child’s chart that I was unbelievable. None of his staff could explain to me why he did it. I am not a junkie, I don’t do drugs. I have worked a full-time job all but one year of my life, which was the year after I graduated college. I have a masters degree, because I told him I heard him joking on another patient and I didn’t appreciate it, he marked on my chart as well as my child chart I was unbelievable

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Mullins for over 18 years. He is kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest.

A real doctor, caring and one who listens! We will miss you Dr. Mullins! Wish your parents well. Prayers!

Dr. Mullins, is a kind, caring and all around wonderful doctor.

The first person you see when you arrive is the receptionist. The receptionist, Stephanie had me leaving his office annoyed and upset with her attitude and poor communication. This was a new patient visit and she really is terrible dealing with patients that are nervous and don't know what to expect.

Dr Mullins goes out of way to make sure you understand what is going on. He is thorough and kind.

Charles Mullins has been my primary care physician for several years. There is a clear trend that he has become uncaring of my health and is becoming cynical and sarcastic with me during visits. He doesn't offer solutions to problems. I am not a difficult person to get along with. I see the same behavior in his nurse, Amanda. There is something wrong going on in his office. I cannot recommend this doctor to anyone wanting what doctors are there for which is to help patients with problems. Keep looking for another provider.

I was a patient for several years. I generally tough things out and rarely even go see a physician averaging maybe a visit once a year at most. On my last visit, I shared that I had become depressed and was in a place of almost complete desperation. He looked at me, ignored what I said and left the room without ever acknowledging what I had said. Never saw anyone so blatantly uncaring. Never went back.
