Fast Pace Health Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I had a horrible experience at Fast Pace urgent care- with the exception of the front office specialist (Kristy Witt) who was very professional & friendly. The “Provider”, I guess they don’t have titles like Doctor or Nurse Practitioner anymore- did Not do her job of Providing. First off I must say I am one who does not go to the doctor at all! I only go when it’s extremely necessary… And let me tell you it was. I am a 57-year-old woman and I had a chest cold that turned into an infection in my lungs. When I started explaining to “Kwadon” the so called Provider that I had been short of breath, wheezing and coughing up flem that had been getting increasingly darker in color and thicker (yuck, I know!) she actually said these words to me, “I know what you want and what you came here for, but I will NOT BE GIVING IT TO YOU “! I was taken aback. She honest to God acted like I was asking for opioids! I said I just want to have a prescription given to me that will make me better and said, “You haven’t even checked my chest yet, how can you say you are not going to write me a prescription for antibiotics?” After she listen to me breathe in and out deeply 3-4 times she admitted that she heard the wheezing, who could miss it- it was loud as could be. She still refused to write me out a prescription for an antibiotic. I asked her what it would take for her to write me out a prescription for an antibiotic and she said that I would have to be given a prescription for a chest x-ray in Springfield and it would have to show positive for pneumonia!! I was dumbfounded, remember it was a Friday evening even if I had gone to Springfield for a chest x-ray it wouldn’t have been read until Monday. She refused to give me my money back. She blamed Fast paced and said that it was there policy she was following. I asked if I could speak to anyone above her and she said no. I am extremely sorry 😞 I wasted my time and money seeing Miss Kwadon. The ladies at Fast Pace in Whitehouse were WONDERFUL! I was hoping for the same service in Greenbrier and was sorry to have instead received the worst healthcare with matching nasty bedside manners.

Kwaghdoo Bossuah was very kind and patient with me. She knew exactly what I needed and I'm already feeling better after yesterday's visit. Thank you Ms Bossuah!!!

Worst place ever! I wouldn’t take my enemy there… Rude, slow, pushy, etc…

It took me an hour and a half to get a strep test.

The initial registration to get in line was fast and easy. The receptionist was helpful and the tech and Nurse Practitioner were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend Fast Pace Health Urgent Care.

They are S.C.A.M. I went in for a possible blood in my stool. I checked in saw one of physicians , but nothing much really comes out our conversation because they needed to see a test result. So I gave them sample, and was told that it LL be within 5 business days. But I followed up with them for 2 weeks , and was updated with nothing at all, till one day, they told me they sent the wrong sample, and I had to go back to give sample again . I dont think this is acceptable. First it was a serious health issue, and I was not taken seriously. Second the whole time they refused to talk, and rude, and put me on hold forever. They r very arrogant. I felt I fell into a trap not just have to pay them for nothing but also delay possible treatment for my illness. Can anyone help me report this business?

Everyone was conscientious and gave their all to ensure the tasks were achieved.

Truly the kindest people in the world. So thankful for the sweet ladies at Fast Pace Greenbrier.

Awful experience with the front desk staff

The doctor walked in the wrong room and was going to distribute an ear flushing and I had asked why and she said is your name ___ and that was NOT my name they should ask name and date of birth upon arrival. Another incident on the same day they had looked in my ear with a light and used the same piece to put it in my mouth to check that is so unprofessional and gross.
