I really like DR Jenkins, but i had to reschedule my Dec 22 appointment, and i called to do so, and had to leave a message to rtn call. I never recieved a call back, and i have tried multiple times to call and reschedule this with no response. Dissapointed

Was great when we moved from Nashville in 2017 and we were looking for a new Dr. Was great for 2 yrs. but haven't been able to see him since 2018. Always told he is booked and have to see a nurse practitioner. Horrible customer service, cancelled appointments with no notice, misdiagnoses,etc. Had seizure in 2019 and neurologists tried to get test results from his office so he could do follow up and no phone calls returned.

I am not a patient of Dr Jenkins but my brother is I am his care giver and I must say I am very please with Dr. Jenkins and his staff. Do we have to wait… sometimes but most of the time they are right on time we’ll please and the Dr. and Nurses have never rush us. JOB WELL DONE!!!

I went to Dr. Jenkins on May 20, 2022 for followup to medication he prescribed for hot flashes. Someone in his office put on my record I received an annual wellness visit even put notes to that effect which is totally untrue. I never talked to anyone other than Dr. Jenkins on the 20th of May 2022.. Now my Medicare will not pay my new Dr. In Hendersonville for my Annual wellness visit. I tried numerous times to talk with the billing manager Ms. JANE the billing Manager I was told to talk to and now she won't even return my call. I went to the office today and requested medical documentation for my visit and thie information someone put on it is not true a total lie!!. It said I never see family and friends and anyone who knows me knows I moved to Hendersonville to be closer to my grandchildren after my son passed away in February 2021. Whomever is putting the information down and charging for wellness visits is committing forgery and lies in order to get more money for this office!! Dr. Jenkins is a very nice man but doesn't realize what is going on in his office or if he does shame on him for taking advantage of people who come to him for medical help!! Peggy L Lee

I have tried calling the Dr's office more than 30x over 2 months. I have left one message a week because they tell you not to leave multiple but they have not once called back. They refused my birth Control. They have refused to help me with paperwork for my job they previously filled out. You can't get in touch with anyone. They don't care about you or your health. They are just lazy, selfish, and greedy.
