Needed shoulder surgery, told me to wait and see if it heals. Shoulder tears do not heal. Went to Kingsport and had it fixed. He talked about cows more than my condition.

I have had a torn rotator cuff for 8 years now. Finally at age 58 I have insurance for surgery on my RIGHT shoulder( I'm right handed) I went to him because my lawyer recommended him..He told me he would operate if I was 68 years old, not 58! Then he asked me just how much I really wanted my RIGHT ARM TO WORK! Need I say more?

Started Seeing Dr. Parsley after breaking my leg. Excellent experience in a difficult time. Everyone was very professional and i never had a problem with appointments. I would highly recommend.

Dr Parsley is great!!! He did surgery on my severely broken arm/shoulder. He listens to you and explains what he did to fix your injury, and explains what the extent of your injury is.
