I had called the day before asking for a quick appointment to get prescribed some antibiotics that I was needing for an urgent situation. The lady over the phone told me that she could work me in at 2:30. I got there the next day at around 2:10. The woman at the front desk told me that it was actually for 1:30, and the earliest time that she could fit me in would be this Monday. Today is Wednesday. I was beyond displeased, as this was an issue that could’ve been taken care of in 20 minutes at the least (there was also 3 people in the waiting room).

She’s very pushy about birth control. She diagnosed me with something, did not explain to me what it was, and did not test me for what it was or offer any treatment. I went to a different doctor and found out that it was nothing even close to what she diagnosed me with nor is it as serious. Bedside manner is not the best as well. I will not be going back to her and I do not recommend other young girls to go to her either. She creates a judge-mental and very uncomfortable environment for young girls who do not want to be on birth control. I always left her office in tears due to the overwhelming feeling of judgement from her.

Go to someone else who will care about the baby and THE MOTHER. She did not care about me after having my son, brushed me and my postpartum depression off as if I didn't matter. I needed to go to counseling and therapy, but she said going to therapy was a waste of time and all they would do is give me medication. She was snooty and rude after having my son during my 6 week postpartum check ups. I would walk in to be seen because I was feeling so down and like something was wrong with me and she would seem very irritated like she didn't have time to "deal" with me. Please go to someone else who cares and who will listen. One day when she needs a doctor, I hope she gets a better one than she was for me. She doesn't deserve to be a doctor.

Go to someone who cares about the baby and THE MOTHER. She did not care about my mental health after having my son and brushed me off as if I didn't matter. I would leave a 0 star rating if I could.

Dr. Goodwin was awesome. She was so easy to talk to. She made the exam not so uncomfortable, like it usually is. She didn't rush me through. She took time to answer any questions I had. I would recommend her to anyone. I don't by any means LOVE having this check up , but with Dr Goodwin I don't cringe at the thought of it now. .

Dr Goodwin is very professional and knowledgable while being caring, patient and kind. Very up to date on medical conditions as well a a great surgeon! Cancer/surgery. Highly recommend. No regrets!
