The doctor seems really kind, great with kids and listened to my concerns. However his staff is not the best, they sent my child and I all over the county to appointments they made with doctors that dont take our insurance or who hadnt received our authorizations yet. When I voiced my concerns they shrugged me off and gave me terrible excuses.
