Dr Reid has been my mother doctor for @ least 15 yrs, and though she doesn’t have a lot of money he has always treated her with respect, I have watched him w other elderly patients who are not well off and he treats everyone the same rich or poor. This man has been a blessing to us and he will be missed when he retires, in our & other patients opinions who were there today we will be lucky to find a dr to replace him, not only is he an excellent doctor but we also consider him a friend

Made me feel like I don't know anything. Had to come back because he wouldn't listen to me when I said it was a basal cell carcinoma (I had one before) and not an ingrown hair as Dr. Reid thought. After a few visits I realize Dr. Reid was not the kind of doctor I needed. I have been going to Dr. Paul Benton in Johnson City, and he treats me like a real person.

I was very pleased with the care I received at Dr. Reid's office. From the time I walked into the door, to the time I checked out the staff was courteous and very helpful with any questions I may have. Dr. Reid was able to diagnose and treat a condition that I have been suffering with for a long time. I am very grateful to him and his staff for helping me the entire way through.

I love this office! Very friendly people and the doctors are wonderful! I found the doctor to be extremely intelligent in his field. He diagnosed my condition and months of other doctors not being able to do so. The staff goes out of their way to help with insurance problems, medicine issues....anything. I recommend this office to anyone!
