The staff at the PT Solutions Vinings location were terrific. Working with the billing department has been a nightmare. Before you start any services, be sure to ask very specifically what you will be charged. Two one hour sessions cost me $1900! And requesting information from the billing department has also been very difficult. When I called yesterday to ask questions about my bill, there were 31 people on hold ahead of me! This company is too difficult to work with - keep searching for a better PT provider.

I began sessions with PT Solutions Gosford Bakersfield, CA in April after a knee injury from a terrible fall. Aaron, Wendy, Julissa and Vanessa are all incredible! My mom recently had surgery on her foot. Unfortunately, she was referred to this horrible place and was seen by Melany at the Cartersville, GA location. My mom came home crying the other day stating that Melany is rude and aggressive with her. She said she knows it’s because of the language barrier. My mom is so sweet and loving. Despite not being able to speak English well. So for this miserable soul, to be such a hyena towards my mom speaks volumes on her character. We called and made the team aware of the mistreatment caused by Melany, but seems like nothing was taken seriously. Even one of the women who seen my mom yesterday at PT solutions stated in her own words, that my mom’s foot was severely swollen and bruised. Keep in mind she was barely recuperating from her surgery! Now we are starting over in the healing process. Lastly, when my sister and mom were at the facility yesterday, instead of being compassionate or sorry; front desk and Melany were laughing at the situation. Sorry place and sorry people!

Disgusting place and people at the cartersville location.

Cartersville location is a disaster and disgusting place. We do not recommend this place at all. Una racista tienen trabando ahí y hico mucho danio a mi pie. Porfavor no vallan ahí.

The audacity the Cartersville location has is perplexing. Melany and a few front desk need to be fired immediately. My mother in law was seen by hyena Melany and because of prejudice motives, she injured my mother in laws foot. The team is was made aware of the situation and instead of using customer service, they laughed and lied about talking to a manager. But it’s ok, because a lawsuit is I’ll be arising soon.even the person who seen her foot yesterday stated her foot was severely swollen and bruised.
