Very rude staff they don't give you a chance to right a wrong they just drop you as a patient and cancel all refills at the pharmacy to leaving you to withdrawal from the medications that they put you on they act as though they care about you but they DON'T AND WHEN THEY DROP YOU AS A PATIENT THEY CANCLE APPOINTMENT AND LEAVE YOU HANGING TO FEND FOR YOUR SELF they also canceled any refills you have at the pharmacy I don't recommend any going to this place

apparently these people let doctors touch you inappropriately and you get the blame when you speak up. Then they no longer allow you to be seen.

Normally I see Dr. Hensley who is OUTSTANDING but he was full up so I saw a Nurse Practitioner named Eva Fields we took a chance with her because of her very low approval ratings, she was rude, poor communication skills, poor clinical skills, instead of using a Throat illuminator to look into my son's mouth she used her phone. Unacceptable. Can not recommend this NP.

All doctors here are fine. Except Eva Fields. She was the most rude and judgmental doctor i have ever seen in my life.

Dr. Hensley takes time with his patients. He explains things thoroughly. He offers helpful suggestions and has a "Down Home" approach to his patients. A truly gifted man with a heart of gold. He is not the ego maniac type doctor that looks down on his patients and passes them through like cattle. He is a gift to Greeneville and I would highly recommend him.

Been going to the same place for 40 years, although the original doctors have retired, the replacements are just as good.
