Went here for my wife to be seen. Tried to check her in but they’re not accepting anymore patients with certain insurance. It’s an Urgent care, no matter what they should take anyone regardless of insurance. Seeing how it was a two hour wait and it was less than 2 hrs to close maybe that’s why idk.

I was the first patient here at 515 hoping I could get in and be done. when I called them at 6pm they left me on hold for 55 minutes. I was taken inside at 840 after the rest of the people in the parking lot were taken in. The nurse was nice and tried to explain but I still don't understand. I am not pleased with this service. I won't be back.

They refused to see someone visiting from another country that wanted to pay cash.

Make sure you save all your receipts and they mark them PAID IN FULL, NO BALANCE DUE because you will need them when they decide to charge you TRIPLE months later. This is the shadiest doctors office I have ever been to. They will tell you your medicine will be filled for a year only to run out of refills at 6 months. Go to an established doctors office. A place that doesn’t look like a revolving door with doctors coming and going. Don’t be fooled to think this is a decent place to go. It most certainly is not.
