spouse needs HELP.. I need help IM overwhelmed... called and called. to get HELP,,,my spouse SICK, bipolar. etc. SEEMS THE SYSTEM want to write US OFF,, HER PRIMARY DR ASWELL... KNOWS I need help and WONT DO IT!!! and they WONDER WHY people explode and GO OFF because they WONT DO THEIR JOBS!@!!!!!

Dr. Diebold is a great psychiatrist...

An appointment was scheduled. An automated phone call called to remind and stated to come in 30 minutes early for paperwork. We arrive and no one is at the front desk. We waited for 15 minutes before the receptionist comes out. I mentioned that we had been waiting for 15 minutes. She smirked and acted like we were lying. Not off to a good start. We saw a nurse practitioner. She prescribed two meds and said if you have any problem call me. When I called it took three days for my call to be returned. When I called again a few weeks later to get a refill, I had to leave a message. The message stated that if you need a refill to leave your information on the voicemail. I did. I called the pharmacy and no refill was called in. I called the doctor office again. Voicemail. I hung up. I called the pharmacy that evening, still nothing. I called the doctor office, voicemail. I hung up and loaded up my elderly parents and took them with me to the doctor office. The nurse practitioner was in but with a patient. I stated I needed to speak with her. I was assured she would call me. I told the receptionist that I needed the refill, I did not have that evening’s dose. No call. Called pharmacy, no refill. I will NEVER deal with this office again. I have 30 years of customer service experience in different fields and the way this office runs is very unprofessional to say the least.

Dr. Diebold is absolutely wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time with you. My only issue is with his current receptionist; she is rude and unhelpful, and seems to get annoyed with you over the most basic questions you ask. Other than her, it's a great place to receive treatment.

Dr. Diebold takes the time to listen to the patient. He follows current research and shares information in understandable terminology. Highly recommend.

Excellent physician. I never feel rushed. He explains everything throughly. He listens to my concerns. Caring and competent.

I came to him in dire need to see a new psychiatrist because mine retired over a year ago. I was getting my meds temporarily by another dr until I went to a new psychiatrist. I waited for 5 months for the appointment. Even though I brought my records showing the medication I have been on for 5 years, he would not take over my treatment. I thought that being honest would be the best way so I volunteered the information to him that I am a recovery opiate addict with 4 years sobriety. Everything I once lost, I worked my butt off to everything back starting with my 4 children. I attend bi weekly meetings and I am in school to become a Drug & Alcohol Counselor and help people by telling my story. The Dr pretty much told me he didn't feel comfortable giving me my medication because I AM an addict. Although I wasn't addict to that type of medication it didn't matter to him. I am now coming off or medicines I have been taking for 5 years ,I'm going through terrible withdrawals and I just lost my grandmother so I may have to check myself into a psychiatric facility. Another thing is the medicine that he forced on me to replace my meds with I can't even get on my insurance because it required a PA and good ole TennCare denied it because they don't think i need it. So there is my experience, If you are thinking about going to see him, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I have known Dr.Diebold since 1998 and he is a awesome Dr.!! I wouldn't know what to do if he ever quit practiceing!! He is the BEST Dr.!!! I give a 5 star rateing cause 4 stars aren't enough!!

I began seeing Dr. Diebold in 1995. Throughout those years, he was an excellent doctor, but over the years, he has become very complacent with me. My visits with him last usually no more than 15 minutes, and he will simply rewrite the same prescriptions for me, even when I tell him that they are not working. I went from seeing him every 3 months, to every 6 months, and now, once a year. He often will not return phone calls over quick questions I might have. I think it is time for me to look for another doctor.

i have been seeing Dr.Diebold since 1998 and he has been the most courtious Dr. i have meet in years! There isn't one thing i can or will ever say bad about this Dr. I do honestly belive if you are looking for the right Dr. you have found him!
