I always receive great care and professional service from FMC of Harrogate. Dr. Robertson has the best team of doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and administrative staff, and they all seem very happy doing their jobs, and it shows in the care and attention to detail that they provide to their patients.

Dr. Robertson has always been there for my husband. With a hectic schedule, he always works him in and accommodates his needs. The office is clean, professionally ran and you never feel you have unanswered questions when you leave. The entire staff is to be commended on such great care they provide. Thank you Dr. Robertson for always being there. You are a blessing to this community.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robertsons for years now. In 2016, I had a routine visit with Dr. Robertson and he always very thorough with every visit I have with him. He did blood work like he normally does. He noticed that some of my levels were not quite right so he decided to send me to see a specialist. My worst fear came true - CANCER diagnosis. Today, because Dr. Robertson took time to go over all my healthcare needs I can say I am a Cancer SURVIVOR! I can not thank him enough for all he has done for me. I routinely see Dr. Robertson and can't say enough good things about him and his staff. If you want a doctor that truly cares about your healthcare needs call his office today!

I can not say enough about how wonderful Dr. Robertson and his amazing staff have been to me and my family. They have all went above and beyond for my health care needs. I truly believe that I would not be here today if it had not been for Dr. Robertson and his staff. I had a very serious health scare and Dr. Robertson made sure I got the treatment that I needed. I was in ICU for four days and Dr. Robertson kept in contact with my husband during the whole ordeal and even days later he checked in on me. I highly recommend Dr. Robertson and his staff for all of your healthcare needs!

I heard that this was a wonderful clinic so we tried it out. Never have I nor my husband received the caring and professionalism at a doctors office. They are actually on time, have the best equipment (like the chair that weighs you!) and Dr Robertson listens. He figured out what was wrong when others haven’t. The staff was professional too. Who would have thought Harrogate had a Mayo Clinic doctor. What a blessing for me and my husband and the community.

World class care in a small town! You will not find a more flexible schedule with extended hours in the tristate area. After hours on call provider for emergencies to avoid unnecessary/expensive trips to the ER. Saturday walk in clinic. This clinic is far beyond anything around. I love that they utilize a patient portal like in bigger cities. Love being able to log on and actually see my lab values instead of being told "everything is normal". I feel involved in every aspect of my care here. Digital xray and lab on site. Dr. Robertson has brought Mayo Clinic values to Harrogate for a healthier/more informed community!

Amazing providers and staff. Can get an appointment quickly when I call. If I have any questions I just call and one of the nurses will call me back. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
