Dr. Jackson is an excellent physician and his staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have been here twice for Covid testing. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Got us in quickly and our result quickly. We will definitely refer all friends and family to visit here and will be return patients when seeking medical attention.

Mr. Branson was a nice addition to the clinic Its great to have him there the days Dr. Jackson cant be there. Now people can be seen Sunday thru Saturday for whatever needs they might have 😁

I came here yesterday and today to try to get covid tested yesterday I signed my name to the clipboard and sat down. A man came in after me and stood at the window until the girl finally appeared he received the final covid test of the day although I had been there first. The front desk girl then reprimanded me and told me I wasnt supposed to sign the clipboard maybe put up a sign...? Day two and yet again no one at the front desk. This is beyond ridiculous.

yet another bad review on the Indian Lake location. Was here at 730am to ensure I can get a Covid test before school started at 9am. Was second in line when they opened at 8am. they didnt call me back until 840 took my vitals and  sat me in a room where they told me they would be swabbing me in a moment. 20 minutes later they come back and swab me. AVOID this location. Go to the MOUNT JULIET LOCATION. they will get you in and out. Normally I can be there get test and drive the 35 minutes to school and STILL be on time. I only came here because I needed to be at school earlier than 9 today. Well that didnt happen.

WORST place. Unfriendly and don’t communicate between staff. Not interested in actually helping.

Girlfriend went for a simple uti. Just needed some antibiotics. She was FORGOTTEN in the room after waiting 2 hours only to be found by a nurse that went to clean the room. Only then was she given care then sent the medication to the wrong place. Totally incompetent staff.

No one ever answers the phone at AFC Hendersonville. I’ve tried calling for the last 2 days with no response. After I get my COVID results I am never going back there.

I went in to get a Covid test yesterday at 445 the close at 6pm. The lady tells me that she wouldn’t be able to get me in as there were several people in the waiting room but they open at 8am tomorrow today this location is near my school but about 45 minutes from my house so I leave early to be there when they open at 8 so I can make it to school by 9. Because I left early it took me more than an hour to get there and when I finally got there a sign on the door says “ we are closed today” This is the SECOND time this has happened. Once when the pandemic first started and now today. I am so over this company and their horrible communication skills.

My wife brought in our 5 year old son whos suffering from croup he wakes up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe. The only treatment that really helps is a steroid shot. We would normally take him to his pediatrician but its a Saturday. When my wife arrived at the urgent care she explained all of this to the staff and then waited for two hours to see a physician. TWO HOURS. Finally getting in to see Dr. Robert Branson the doctor administered a COVID test which we didnt need and then admitted that he couldnt help us. The physician literally recommended that if this happens again that we should take our son to an emergency room. So the urgent care doctors professional medical help was Go to an emergency room. Im at a loss for how a physician could be so unable to help a child.
