Would not recommend this dentist at all . Communication is horrible and it is not as kid friendly as it should it be . Our pass few appointments with this dentist have been rushed and it made us feel uncomfortable and very unsafe .

Never go here. Vanderbilt Dentistry said Angela was way wrong on her neglet of our son. We had to take him to Vanderbilt ER his Tooth abscess got so bad even after she saw him and said there was nothing wrong with his tooth.

Doctor Templeton has been my dentist since I was an actual literal baby, she is professional, patient, and courteous, never once has she made a single mistake when handling my teeth, and she has even come to her office late in the night for an emergency visit. If you need a dentist she is your best bet within at least a twenty mile radius. Also she sends these cute cards for six months visit reminders.

Dr. Templeton does not belong in pediatric dentistry she does not have the patience. She doesn’t explain what she will be doing to the child or have any empathy when they are nervous or scared. She told my 4 year old who has obvious sensory issues that she was being naughty and was too old to be acting like this. For reference all my child did was say she was scared. Her receptionist is nice and the office is cute but she has no beside manner whatsoever.

The woman on the phone was extremely rude. Never made an appointment because she had such a bad attitude. I wouldn’t want to take my child somewhere that employed such miserable people. We heard great things about the dentist however the customer service was unacceptable.

Loved this dentist. My 10 year old had no complaints. They are very courteous and welcoming. Dr. Templeton is down to earth, very friendly and knowledgeable. Each time we went she recommemded the the best course of treatment. Hated we had to leave when we moved. The office is clean and very playful and colorful for the kids. Highly recommend them.

Dr Templeton is always patient with my three grandsons ages 5, 8, and 9. They are not afraid to go to her office

We just had our first visit with them and I am very happy with them. Two of my kids had their teeth cleaned today they were patient and very kind and helping us get our other child in to see them definitely recommend

I remember being 8 years old and getting a cavity filled and hearing, and I quote, "Shut up or [the pain] will get worse." I was in a lot of pain because she improperly applied the novocaine and I was crying. They refused to let my mom back during this time; she wanted back because she could hear me screaming and crying from the front of the building. She sloppily finished the process to get me out of the office. I later had to get a root canal because she got too close to a nerve that later caused severe swelling in my gums. My mother also recalls several other times they, the staff and dentists, were rude and disrespectful.
