For some reason every time you call you can never get anyone on the phone and it takes forever to get someone to call you back If you even get a return call back, used to you could call and get a live person when you called not sure what’s going on or what has happened here but it is very different and difficult and frustrating not to be able to speak with someone when you need an answer
I have been a patient here now for 2 or 3 years and I have always been treated like I matter! I typically see Grant Anderson, PA. And he is through in his thought and treatment process! He’s patient and takes time to listen and provide the answers I need! He does not order exorbitant tests and makes me run up a bill that I can’t pay off!!! ( I have had that problem with a doctor that practiced here some years back!) I am impressed by his staff and how caring and genuinely friendly and knowledgeable as well! I definitely recommend this practice and give them 5 stars ⭐️!
Lost signature papers to obtain medical records, had to go back and do it again; confused referrals, had to do it again; waited almost 2 wks for referrals to call, finally called Premiers Imaging to find out what happened and they said they didn't get any referral from Dallas's office, Nurse Practitioner was somewhat edgy and arrogant, blood drawn was put in wrong the first time, had to redo needle.
Love this office . NEVER wait more than 15 minutes . I see Grant pa hes very good. CONCERNED and has the best manners.
From the front desk to the student nurse, then PA and lab were so friendly and helpful. Actually got BP meds that day THANKS
I have been a patient of Dr. Dallas since 1999 when our family moved to Hendersonville. He was a good doctor back then. You actually saw him. He listened to you. Since 2013, I have never been seen by Dr. Dallas, even when I requested to see him. I was told by his staff that he is occupied with running his side business and no longer comes to his practice. I have been seen by FOUR Phycians Assistants or Nurse Practitioners in the past FOUR years. NEVER THE SAME ONE TWICE.
I've been going to Dr. Dallas' office for 8 years. Seen him 3 times total. Nearly Always I am seen by a PA. That doesn't bother me. What upsets me Is every 6 months it's a Different Physicians Assistant. They just get to know your case then poof gone. Some new PA want to take your medication away. Even though you've been on and off it for 20 years and it works without becoming addicted. Because of the D.E.A. Breathing down their necks.
In approximately 15 visist over 3 years, I never saw Dr Dallas, only the PA's. After major surgery and asking to see Dr. Dallas about help with complications, the staff would not schedule me an appt with him, only with a PA that I had never seen before. When going through twice weekly testing, his office incorrectly canceled the testing ordered by the hospital. Whe I called and asked why, I received an 'oops, we made a mistake, not sure how that happened'. Office not recommended.
Office does not return phone calls. Rarely able to see the doctor unless it is for a physical. Only comes in on Monday and Fridays. Seems more about making money then patient care.
terrible phone system. Heavy physician turnover. Be careful of you disagree with the practitioner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
