Brandon Riggan's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Riggan since 2014. He’s a kind and thorough doctor. I’ve never felt rushed by him. He delivered my first baby and will be delivering my second. I’m really glad I found him!

You need a better front desk. I was trying to make an appointment for a regular check up and she said she couldn't wait for me all day while I get my insurance card. Well that right there was a turn off. As a possible new patient I don't want to feel rushed. I was looking for it as it is a new insurance.

Dr. Riggan has been absolutely wonderful throughout my pregnancy so far. I HIGHLY recommend him. He has been an amazing Doctor. This is my first pregnancy and I feel like I have had a ton of questions, he listens carefully to every concern and answers every question I've had in an easy to understand way. You can tell that he really cares about his patients. I've never once felt rushed at any of my appointments and I've always felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Any time I've called with a question the staff is always attentive, kind, respectful and quick to respond if I've needed to leave a voicemail. Again, I Highly recommend him.

I happened to get lucky when I was given Dr. Riggan as my doctor! I was referred to another doctor but they didn't take Medicare so I was given Dr Riggan...so thankful since I was a new patient leaving a doctor I loved in Nashville. Dr Riggan was kind, a great listener and did not rush me through...highly recommended with 10 ?? And the office staff was excellent!

I've had all four of my children here at Hendersonville hospital. Dr. Riggan is the best.

Dr. Riggins is absolutely a sweetheart! My only concern would be not always being able to get ahold of him directly when I have concerns or questions regarding my pregnancy I feel bad having to ask other doctors on call sometimes if I’m just really worried about something that don’t know me personally and my pregnancy journey because I know that Dr. Riggins knows best for me specifically, I think he has a nurse Mandy that takes messages for him, he is obviously a busy popular doctor though so that makes sense lol!!! I will say though the times that I do get to see him for appointments are wonderful and makes up for the times I’m not able to talk over the phone to him! He is always very informative and let’s you know your options has a very calm pleasant voice which is comforting to me. He always takes his time making sure he answers any questions that I might have at that time or if I’m having any concerns which is great because I’m definitely a bit of a paranoid pregnant lady lol. He has always treated me respectfully and kindly with so much patience and can even be funny at times which is nice:) I would definitely recommend him to anyone that’s looking for a doctor that gives you direct answers and truly cares about your questions. Thank you Dr. Riggins!! I’ve been blessed to have you as my doctor!!

Dr Riggan is respectful, kind and amazing! I will definitely be visiting him again! The office staff at front desk was rude and not friendly, considerate or kind. They should work on that, because customer service is everything!

I just moved here and dr. Riggan was amazing! Very kind and considerate and helped me out a lot.

The office workers were extremely rude and unprofessional. The lady that worked in the front swore that I owed them money on top of my visit fee. I ended up getting the check back in the mail without an apology. On to the worst part. After trying to conceive for two years I turned to Dr. Riggan after someone recommended him to me. After waiting over a month for an appointment, constantly getting the run around on phones, waiting almost 2 hours in the waiting room, and being made fun of my the office staff, I finally got to meet the doctor. He then proceeded to tell me that my losses were "not a big deal" since "I'm still young so I have time." This is absolutely unacceptable. They ran some blood work and that was it. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to discuss what my results meant for the future or what my options were. I will never recommend this Dr or his office to anyone. Especially anyone who is to go through something as wrenching as infertility.

Very prompt and thorough! Always listens to me with any concerns and makes me feel less anxious!
