Excellent customer service they were on time and the visit was through. Wait time less then 5 minutes. Treated like patients care and time were of the utmost importance as well as a the cleanliness of office and procedure done. The care and compassion of the staff were excellent. Best doctors around

The doctor was great—efficient, knowledgeable, and I appreciated that there wasn’t a long wait time. However, my experience at the front desk was less positive. The assistant didn’t come across as particularly kind or courteous, and I happened to overhear her making a comment about me as I returned to the front after checking in. She seemed to try to cover it up when she realized I had heard. While I’m unsure if there was any harmful intent, it was disappointing and uncomfortable to feel talked about in that way.

I was very pleased with my visit here. I had never been to a dermatologist and I’m glad I finally had an appointment. Staff and doctors were all very nice and pleasant. Highly recommended!
