I have been going to Impressions for a few years. I have always had a great experience. I just recently started the laser hair removal process and couldnt be happier. Sheena does a fantastic job regardless of the task. Shes passionate and sincere about helping people with their skincare and weight loss needs. She pours herself into her work and it shows.

I was recommended this place from a friend to check this business out. I struggle with food addiction and weight issues. Sheena was patient, kind and professional. She listened and answered all my questions. She is walking on this path with me towards better health. She consults me with nutrition, and mindset, and encourages me to keep going. I’m seeing improvements.

I've been using Impressions since 2020. Love the care I receive. Getting laser hair removal currently and love the results. Total leg hair removal and no discomfort. Run and get it! No regrets❣️❣️

Every visit I’ve had here has been a 5-star experience. I’ve had several IPL hair removal sessions with Sheena and she has always clearly communicated exactly what to expect with each session, as well as taken the time to assess my hair growth patterns to ensure that she’s treating me properly each time. Even more importantly, she has always made me feel extremely comfortable during what can be a very vulnerable situation. I highly recommend Impressions!

All I can say is that I feel 100 times better after having hormone replacement pellet therapy done, safest and most effective method, It's the best thing I've ever had, and I feel great! The staff Sheena and Dr. Lin are truly amazing.. very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. Would highly recommend it, it works!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Someone once told me you can tell someone's age by looking at their hands...it's true! I have fought the aging process since my 20's and will never stop. One day while waiting for my facial appointment with Nalalia (who has the touch of an angel), I noticed a brochure "TURN BACK THE HANDS OF TIME". After looking at the before and after pictures, I realized my hands were definitely the BEFORE photo. Needless to say, I talked with Dr Linn about Radiesse For Hands. My hands now look like that AFTER photo and I am ecstatic with the results! Lauren, the Nurse Practioner who did my procedure, is so loving and caring! We talk like friends and she is genuinely as happy for me as I am for myself! The moment I walk in the door of Rapha Family Wellness/Impressions Skin Solutions, whether for a medical appointment with Dr Linn or a procedure with Natalia or Lauren, I am smiling and happy! Everyone there (Dr Linn, Kevin, Julie, Natalia, Lauren, Sheena, et al) are welcoming and kind. I truly feel like a friend not a patient!

I’ve always been cautious about aging, and after researching several med spas, I decided to try Impressions. I’m thrilled with my decision! I’ve been receiving treatments like facials, Botox, microneedling and laser therapy for the past year. Each session is thorough and tailored to my specific needs

Never trust your hormonal health to people who tell you that you "aren't a good fit for us" when you ask "too many questions," and a nurse who is NOT a mental health professional diagnoses you as "passive-aggressive" even though you have never met, only talked on the phone. Couple that with the fact they are selling weight loss drugs (and the supervising physician is about 100 pounds overweight,) their lab is dirty, a big (but sweet) dog has the run of the place and the whole atmosphere is disorganized at best. Way too many irons in the fire here....they are doing family practice, hormones, weight loss, facials...something about "liver" health. I gave them a fair chance but the nurse supervising the hormone therapy is Nurse Ratchet on steroids as far as bedside manner. Plenty of other clean, professional, PLEASANT providers for these services. Just "ick."
