I was very impressed with how kind the staff was. The waiting room is aesthetically pleasing along with the rest of the office. I was able to get in and get out quickly and efficiently, and they help me make a decision on a spot of whether to be concerned or not, and not just waste my money, definitely will be back and highly recommend.

Parking is not handicapped friendly.How do have a business without handicapped parking ? My mother uses a walker and that steep hill was very very hard to get her into the building. It was a waste of time and money they supposedly asked for medical records that we signed for and was going to call us back afterwards with follow up appointment to remove a cyst that was giving her a lot of pain . Gave them over a week to schedule something and even called to check if they had received the results and they had no record of requesting records.

This is a wonderful office. I never have to wait. All the staff are super nice and I think Dr Mann is a fantastic doctor. They get a triple 5 star rating in my book

Today I had my first visit @ Innova Grace the assistant came out greeted me full of energy as she escorted me back. Very professional and kind. Hina Siddiqui-PA was amazing! Very detailed oriented and resourceful about my visit. She provided handouts, discussed medications options OTC and prescribed. Something I had been worrying about for nearly 20 years was an easy fix. I walked out of her office feeling completely confident and no more worrying. I was so gratefor the help Amazing she provided. Front staff was all very kind and professional. The waiting area was so immaculate and clean, the decor beautifullly organized. I would recommend this office to anyone within the Metropolitan.
